What are Animalist Immersions?
Animal rights enthusiasts come to discover the new life of our protégés at the Sanctuaire La Garie.
We offer immersive stays in our ecolodge to raise awareness and discuss animal rights. With "Animalist Immersions," experience a week of sharing this experience with other committed individuals.
Discover the stories of our survivors, observe the behavior and sensitivity of farm animals, enjoy nature and landscapes, and treat yourself by concocting delicious vegan dishes.

In 2018, we were fortunate to find not only the ideal location to create the Sanctuaire La Garie but also a beautiful reception and accommodation structure.
Completely renovated from an 18th century farmhouse, the 450m² complex has 7 large, very comfortable bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and spacious shared common areas.
When you stay at the La Garie Sanctuary, know that 100% of the profits go to the animals - and your donation can be tax-deductible. So, by treating yourself to an unforgettable and emotionally charged stay, you're supporting our cause.
The activity of the sanctuary
Caring for animals requires rigorous organization.
We have daily routines, like distributing hay, preparing meals, cleaning out the stables, checking the fences...
If you'd like to help, we appreciate it. Please be aware, however, that contact with animals is voluntary. Some are fearful, others seek attention, and we encourage observation first to understand their behavior.
The kitchen
Meals structure daily life and require good organization.
Among those passionate about the cause, avoiding farmed products is essential. Enjoy a healthy, plant-based stay and the fully equipped kitchen to express your creativity.
Sharing this experience with others will allow you to learn and exchange tips.
This also requires a bit of discipline. Upon arrival, guests quickly agree on how meals will be prepared, what shopping needs to be done, and what chores need to be completed together.

The formula
One-week, self-catering, all-inclusive stay. The theme of the stay requires plant-based cuisine.
Book one of the 6 rooms (for one or two people), or the 'Félicité' room (for up to six people). All beds can be joined together.
The price
One-week (seven nights) all-inclusive packages (with self-catering meals):
€500 per room, including tax, for 1 or 2 people
€900 for the 'Félicité' room, including tax, for one to six people
